Teamwork is the absolute foundation for many successes in business. Rarely is a goal met with just one person pressing towards it on their own. I have noticed on my daughter’s soccer team that the players that are well liked are the ones that cheer for the time on and off the field. There is one particular player that likes to hog the ball and she tends to run around the whole field to get it. It annoys many of the players because they want everyone to succeed. They want to win as a team.
