Essential Oils For Pets
Hey Folks,
It is me, Allie. I haven’t been writing a lot lately because I have been a little bit indisposed. You see I had an upset tummy. But my mommy made me feel so much better. First she took away all of my food which let me tell you I wasn’t to happy about. But she did leave me my water so that was still good. I always go for my water first anyway. She also whipped up a special remedy for me. At first I was a little skeptical of it but folks it worked.
I asked my mommy if I could share it with you and she said sure so here it is.
Allie’s Special Tummy Remedy
Here is a list of items that you will need to make this special remedy.
You place 5-6 drops of peppermint essential oil into the roller bottle than you fill the rest of the bottle with the coconut oil. Coconut oil is a carrier oil so it is great to mix in with essential oils. If you don’t have coconut you can also use avocado oil. After you put all the ingredients in the roller bottle you put the roller cap on the bottle. I think this was the hardest part for my mommy as she had to use a cup to push it the plastic roller cap into place. After she assembled this remedy she then placed it on the tips of my ears. And if any of you own a Shih Tzu, you know trying to find the tip of our ears is a job in itself.
I will admit that I was a little skeptical of this remedy but this actually worked. So if you have a pet with tummy trouble try this handy-dandy remedy. I am glad my mommy did.

I never knew that you could use essential oils for dogs, but it does make sense!! I wonder if there’s any for arthritis for my poor guy! #HomeMattersParty
Peppermint oils are good for that as well.

That is amazing! I am still figuring out all of the benefits of Essential Oils. They are crazy nice for all sorts of things. I love the pet story and I am glad the tummy is better.
