5 Tools for the Home

These tools will help your home a more peaceful place.

  • Say “I’m Sorry.” It’s important not that you be right but that you be in a relationship. Admit when you’ve been wrong- or if you’ve been right with an overbearing attitude.
  • Say “Please.” Women expect a man to know what they’re feeling. Men expect a woman to know what they’re thinking. Neither is the case. Let the other person know what you need.
  • Remember. People tend to forget. Recall the past in such a way that it’s brought to the present and made a strength to the future. On the days you’re at your worst, remember the days you were at your best; when you had your first kiss, when you began to dream together; and so on.
  • Laugh. You can’t be in control when you laugh.
  • Express Gratitude. The most positive emotion is gratitude. The worst emotion for the human body is revenge; the next worst is hatred; the third worst is anger. But it’s amazing how far it goes to say “Thank You.”
