As I have said before we have just had a huge undertaking at our house, Gracie's quinceanera was a huge event. I have so many fond memories of crowding around the table with all my sisters for a breakfast for dinner night when I was growing up. One of my favorite things to eat was French Toast and Bacon. My mom and dad always teamed up for this particular dish. Dad cooked the bacon while mom made french toast.
