Rocking the Polka Dot Trend

Do you rock the dot? Me I love dots. The bigger the better is what I say. I love the possibilities of the different color combinations together. When I redid my pillows on my porch this summer I used a pink and white polka dot fabric tied with a zebra ribbon. Now that is what I call a grand entrance for my front entry way. But I have to admit probably my favorite combination of colors for polka dots are pink and brown and chocolate brown and silvery blue. To me those colors are the essence of style and elegance.

Polka dots can be found everywhere. They are on clothes, décor for your home and even purses. As a matter of fact, when Gracie, my ten year old, started fifth grade a couple of weeks, she was rocking a black and white polka dotted backpack for school. It was hard for her to give up the Tinkerbell backpack that she used since she was in second grade but when she saw this black and white polka dotted back pack she was in love.

So my question to you is do you rock the dots? Or are you more of a stripes or plaid person?
