Recipe: Banana Pudding with a Twist

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz.) container light Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free sour cream
  • 1 pkg. sugar free vanilla wafers
  • 2 (6 oz.) pkgs. sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4-6 bananas

Directions:

Mix pudding as directed on box using skim milk. Add Cool Whip and sour cream to pudding. Stir. Layer wafers, banana slices, and pudding.
