Pumpkin Hot Chocolate Truffles Recipe by North Carolina Food Blogger Adventures of Frugal Mom

Working on a farm that sells Pumpkins, has gotten me in the mood for everything pumpkins, I will admit that I have never been a big fan of the pumpkin spice craze that happens during this time of year. However, that doesn’t mean that I don’t love pumpkin pie with a ton of whipped cream piled on top during the holiday season. That and my mom’s homemade banana nut or date nut bread are my vices during the holidays. But even though I am not a crazed fan of pumpkin spice I did want to see what the hype was all about so I came up with this Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate Truffles recipe.
