Gift Ideas For Those Who Are in Pain

The biggest gift-giving holiday of the year is just over a week away and some of you may still be scrambling for gift ideas. In the spirit of helping you out, we’re providing you with five pain-reducing gift ideas. We suggest that all of these gifts be accompanied by a jar of Sore No More for maximum benefit. Happy gifting!

1. A Gift Certificate For A Massage. Most people enjoy a good massage and it can do wonders for helping them start the year off pain free. (Plus: They can request that their massage therapist apply Sore No More to their problem areas when working on them.)

2. A Bath Gift Basket. This is a great DIY project. Great pain-relieving items to include are; a jar of Sore No More (it’s water soluble, they can put 2 tablespoons directly in their bath), epsom salts (Magnesium Sulfate is great for relaxing sore muscles), relaxing tea (like chamomile or peppermint), and a nice aromatherapy candle (lavender is a good scent choice) Including some fun bath products like bath milks, bath bombs and bubble bath can make the experience even better.

3. Yoga, Nia or Zumba Classes. If you know that your loved one has been interested in trying out a new class at the local gym, spring for a few lessons. Many people want to try new things to get moving and get in shape, but are intimidated by the cost. Make sure they have Sore No More on hand for their post-class aches and pains.

4. A Pain Relief Kit. This is another good DIY project. Get a pretty box and fill it with items like a jar of Sore No More, an ice pack, a hot water bottle, yoga magazines, relaxing music, etc. Get creative!

5. Be A Workout Buddy. Exercise is vital to pain management. However, many of us have a hard time getting motivated. If you’re low on funds this holiday season, and have a friend with similar interests and goals it’s a great time to give them a homemade card assuring them that you’ll exercise with them ‘x’ number of times per week.

All of theses gifts give you the opportunity to show your loved ones how much you care about them and their health this holiday season!

This is from Sore No More but I thought we all could use some ideas.
