Friends
Have you ever had that one friend that no matter what happens they are always there for you? Weeks may go by without seeing each other but when you do see each other it is like there is not a beat skipped. You are able to maintain your friendship through it all. I had lunch today with one of those friends. No matter how down or depressed I feel this friend has always managed to make me feel better. She understands the issues that I am going through and still is there for me. She is the kind of friend I hope to be. Her friendship means so much to me. Our time together was too short but thoroughly enjoyed. I am just lucky that I have a friend like her who is just there to listen and offer support. I just hope that I am the kind of friend to her as she is to me. I am so glad I got to spend the time together today even if she did call Allie “Abby”. (LOL) Here’s hoping you find a friend like that in your lifetime.
