Entering the Zone
And no I don’t mean Auto Zone. I am starting the Zone 1-2-3 Foods review this week. With this awesome plan you can still eat the “forbidden Foods” such as bread, pasta, pizza and even brownies. The key to this is to drink lots of water with every meal. So here it goes. I will give you a menu of what I ate the day after so I can tell you how it is. If you are interested in learning more about Zone Living go to In the Zone. Here is my starting weight. ( I don’t know what I was thinking starting it this week – it’s the week of Maddie’s Sweet 16 so can you say stressed much)
