Duck Tape Makes Back To School Cool

It is back to school time, whether you are sending your child off to regular school or college make sure to add Duck Tape®to their list of back to school must haves. I use Duck Tape®, on everything. Here are some things that you can incorporate Duck Tape® into your back to school needs.

 

• Decorate plain binders. No more picking up a binder to find out that it was the wrong one. It is makes the binders look distinctive and unique. And you know me I am all about being unusual and unique.
• Use Duck Tape® and make flowers to add to the end of your pens and pencils. No more having to track down those lost pens.
• Make personalized journals. Take those one subject notebooks from the dollar store. You know the ones without the wire and cover it with Duck Tape® to make a unique journal.
• Got spare tin cans. Cover them with duck take for a pen and pencil holder you can use on your desk.
• Cover bulletins boards with the Duck Tape®. You can either cover the whole thing or  you can just go around the outside to  make a frame for all your many reminders,
• Make a pen case that you can carry with you.
• Also you can cover mechanical pencils with it as well.

 

The one project that I chose to make with Duck Tape® is a paintbrush holder. With so many projects, we needed a way to keep all of our supplies together.

My laundry detergent of choice is Purex 3-in-1. I love those little containers and you know me I never throw anything away. Well I always thought that those containers were neat.

 I mean just look at them.

I thought they would be a great container for paintbrushes.

Look at how perfect they stand up in them.

The only thing I did not like about it was the fact you could not

tell it was a laundry detergent container.

This idea came to me one day when I was shopping with my girls.

My other new best friend, Duck Tape®.

Look at what you can do with it.

I covered the container with Zebra Print Duck Tape®.

It was so easy to do. I just placed the tape on the container. The tape is was very easy to work with.

 

It not only made the container cool looking but also served the purpose

of shoring up the back of the container to make it stronger.
