Today, January 19 is National Popcorn Day. In all the research I have done I can’t find the origin of this holiday but that is fine with me. In fact, Popcorn is the one thing that I can eat at as a treat in my road to getting healthy. Although some of these versions are not exactly healthy, they still are yummy.
