A Blogger’s Christmas Wish List #HintingSeason

Blogging has become a very popular occupation. More and more people are starting to get into it as a way to stay home and earn money. I will admit that I kind of fell into it as a fellow blogger kind of talked me into it. But looking back now, I realize that there were a few things I wish I had when I got started. Forget about wish I had when I got started, I still wish that I had some of these things now. Some of these things I do have but there are still some that are on the wish list. Without further ado here is the ultimate blogger’s Christmas Wish list this hinting season.

• A Laptop- When I first started blogging all I had was the desktop which is located in the living room. It was not the best environment for work.
• A phone with an awesome data plan i.e. a Smartphone- As a blogger who attends events and writes about our adventures – being able to post to Social Media is a must. Most companies that work with bloggers actually require posting to social media in their campaigns.
• A pencil, pen and a notebook- Let’s face it we aren’t high tech all the time. In fact I am writing this post sitting at soccer field waiting for Mikaela to get through soccer training. Bringing my laptop would not have been an option because it needed charging.
• Lots of sticky notes and highlighters- Because let’s face it our memories aren’t what they used to be and we need reminders for everything.
• A Good Calendar- So we can keep track of all our deadlines as well as to schedule posts. Plus there is the added bonus to actually know what day it is. Don’t laugh sometimes I have to stop and think. To be honest, when I use a calendar I am more organized and it helps me to stay on track and it actually encourages me to write more.
• And lastly and probably the most important thing besides a computer that a blogger must have is a good camera. Looking for a good camera can be a little mind boggling but Best Buy is the best place to buy the latest cameras as well as to research your purchase. Just look at some of the choices they have to offer.

First is the Nikon D5300 DSLR w/18-55mm VR lens.

I will have to admit that I have this camera on my wish list this wishing season. Who am I kidding a DSLR camera has been on my wish list every wishing season for last 6 years?  This camera has built in WIFI. You can use it to take still pictures or to capture videos. It comes in two incredible colors besides black and that is  red or gray. But if this wasn’t available I would be happy to receive either one of these two cameras.

The Sony a6000 Mirrorless Interchangeable Camera Lens camera is a compact camera that has a lot of punch. It is easy to shoot scenes as it has a sensor enables it to have stunning clarity. It also has built in WIFI. This one is not as flashy in color but white and silver are still awesome color options.

Then the next camera would be the Samsung Galaxy Camera 2. It allows you to shoot, share and use Android Apps right from your camera. It has a touch screen which makes it easier to use unless you have fat fingers like me. It also allows you to take still photos or videos.
