Yesterday was our wedding anniversary. Although the last few years have been pretty rough, I have made a conscious effort to pray over my marriage and not let it be one of about 1000 ( I know I am exaggerating over here) that have been the victim of divorce. The other day I wrote about my role models, my dad, and my grandmother. (add link) In that story, I wrote how one (my grandmother) raised six children with little help from their dad and that the other had a happy marriage that lasted over 50 years.
