Your nest is emptying. After years of school runs, sports matches, teenage dramas, and family chaos, your children are leaving home. Eat nutritious home-cooked meals and cut back on takeaways. Pamper yourself with spa days. Start that therapy you’ve been putting off. Cut back on stressful work and social commitments. Carve out me-time in your schedule for long baths, reading, and solo nature walks. Listen to what your mind and body need to feel balanced and fulfilled. Don’t neglect self-care now that you have the time.
