Leading Yoga Experts Redefining Wellness in 2026

Wellness continues to evolve as yoga professionals expand the way the practice is understood and applied in modern life. Through a balanced focus on physical health, mindfulness, and sustainable routines, leading yoga experts are helping individuals approach well-being with greater awareness and intention. Their work reflects a thoughtful integration of tradition and contemporary insight, contributing to a more accessible and holistic view of wellness in 2026.

Carolyn Long

Carolyn Long Yoga represents the meeting of classical wisdom and quantum possibility. Led by Master Yogi and Quantum Healer Carolyn Long, this sacred practice is not about performance—it is about remembrance. Remembrance of who you are beneath the noise, trauma, and conditioning of the modern world.

Leading Yoga Experts Redefining Wellness in 2026

With credentials that span both science and spirit, Carolyn is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance–accredited Teacher Trainer, Yoga for Cancer Therapist, Fascia Release Therapist, and Quantum Healer trained under pioneer Dr. Jean Houston. She stands at a rare intersection of ancient yogic tradition and expanded consciousness. Her work is deeply intuitive, embodied, and transformational. Students don’t come to do yoga—they come to experience being yoga.

Her teaching style is subtle yet profound. Through hands-on assists, somatic awareness, and carefully chosen language, Carolyn guides students out of effort and into direct experience. The body responds by releasing stored emotional tension and returning naturally to balance and inner truth.

At SanctuaryOC, her private yoga school, offerings extend far beyond standard classes. It functions as a healing ecosystem—home to private and group yoga, guided meditation, sound and frequency healing, accredited teacher trainings, and advanced workshops. Recognized as one of the Top 10 Visionary Educators, Carolyn is currently authoring an advanced 300-hour training focused on Advanced Asanas and Quantum Healing.

Her mission remains both clear and uplifting: in a world full of zillionaires, we don’t need more wealth—we need more healers. Through classical yoga and quantum consciousness, Carolyn Long continues guiding humanity toward healing, awakening, and wholeness—one soul at a time.
