- 1 pkg. cranberries, ground
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup mini marshmallows, or more
- 1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup nuts, ore more
- 1 pint whipped cream or Cool Whip
Wash and drain cranberries. Grind cranberries and blend with sugar. Let stand overnight. Fold in marshmallows, pineapple, nuts and whipped cream. Freeze. May be re-frozen and served again.
