In a large bowl add the granola, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter and mix together.
Spread into a 8 x8 pan covered with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut in half.
In a large mixing bowl combine the egg whites and sugar and mix on high. Add the whipped cream aka cool whip and mix for 5 minutes.
Continue mixing and add the softened cream cheese. Mix on low.
Fold the fresh strawberries into the mixture.
In a buttered cake pan press half of the granola mixture on the bottom.
Top with the strawberry mixture and then add the remaining granola mixture.
Cover and freeze for three hours or more.
