In one bowl, whisk the egg to blend.
In another bowl, pour the cup of dried Italian bread crumbs
In another bowl add the 3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Coat the pork chops directly with cheese making sure to pat it so that it sticks.
Dip the pork chops into the whisked eggs.
Then coat with bread crumbs adding to adhere.
Heat your olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add pork chops- cook until golden brown. This would be about 6 minutes per side.
Transfer to a plate and serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.
