From Garden to Grill Kabobs

This has very little prep and cook time.

Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes
Servings 10 people

Ingredients
  

  • 2 squash
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • wooden skewers
  • 1 package chicken breast strips

Instructions
 

  • Cut all the vegetables and chicken breast into chunks.
  • With the wooden skewers in hand place the vegetables and chicken on it, alternate between vegetables and chicken until the skewers are full to the point that you would like them to be.
  • Place in a glass baking dish, a pour a bottle of Italian Dressing over the kabobs. Place in refrigerator until you are ready to place on grill.
  • Fire up and the grill and cook the kabobs until done. You have all your vegetables and meat in one dish.
