What’s Happening at #TITLEBOXINGCary?
I know it has been a while since I have written about working out and I want to apologize to you but also myself. I have been so busy working and getting ready for the impending holiday that I seemed to let my workouts go to the wayside. But starting the new year there will be new posts about my adventures in the fitness world. But for now I am going to update you about what is going at the boxing club. Here are just a few of the happenings going on.
- Girl’s Night Out on Friday, December 20th at 7:00 pm Remember your first class is free. So come on out for Ladies Night and stay after to treat yourself to BurgerFi (and maybe some wine) There will be door prizes at this event. Sadly I will not be able to attend this event but I promise you this is one event you do not want to miss out on. Just check out the great time from the last Ladies Night.
- KidsClass on Monday, December 23rd at 3:30! This will be the first ever kids power hour. If you are looking for an exercise program for your kids than check this out. My girls love the workout.
- Coat Drive! It will be going on the whole month of December so you have time to share the warmth! They can be old, used or brand new.
