Unique Way to Store Essential Oils

storing essential oils

How many of you use essential oils? I know I just recently have started looking into the wonders of them. Remember the post Allie wrote about the awesome remedy that I used on her when she had a little tummy trouble. That was my first experiment and since then  I have started to invest in more essential oils.  But I found that they were all over the place I had a big problem how to store those bottles. How many of you have had the same problem? I came up with a really neat solution to this dilemma. Have you ever seen one of those bags that you can keep your makeup in when traveling that hang up? I got to looking at mine and thought why not see if this  would work for my essential oils. And guess what it did?  So now I am going to share with you a unique way to store your essential oils and all the supplies that goes with them. You need to get a hanging travel cosmetic bag, some essential oils, coconut oil, and some containers for the stuff you make.

cosmetic bag

As you can see the cosmetic bag, I used has zippered pockets which I  found  to be totally awesome. I used the first pocket for the concoctions that I made up as you can see I haven’t made that many. The second one for the item bottles. And then I proceeded to fill up the pockets with the essential oils I had on hand. I made sure to leave some pockets open for other items that are necessary like droppers and carrier oils like coconut. Not sure what a carrier oil is, it is an oil that can be mixed with other oils.

As you can see I have quite a lot of different oils from different companies but soon I will just be posting about Young Living oils as I signed up under them. So look for more essential oils recipes and projects soon.

So tell me what do you think of the way I organized my essential oils? What ways have you found to store your essential oils?
