So You Want To Have A Beach Day?

With this post, I had a little fun and decided to try my hand at poetry. And of course, I had fun with puns and the tongue in cheek humor. Hope you like it. But more importantly, make sure to take the swimsuit quiz.

So you want to have a  beach day?

Come on let’s go and let’s play.

But before you do please remember to

Pack these things before you drive away.

You will need a lot of water

At least a gallon or two

Because to get dehydrated is not good for you

Also brings tons of snacks

And you never know when the munchies might hit you.

And a good sunscreen

As a bad sunburn can make you scream.

Don’t forget the umbrella

To shade you from the sun

An extra blanket too

just in case you have to run

A change of clothes might be good as well

Don’t forget the books and magazines

To keep your entertained

And of your sunglasses too with similar ones available on Humps Optics

And all important First Aid kit

because you never know when Mother Nature might hit.

And if you stung by a jellyfish

You need the tenderizer

Because you sure don’t other remedy

Which to have somebody pee

on the sting

But please be careful to watch what you wear

As somethings need to be left unseen.

Nothing hanging or unleft to the imagination

As you know sometimes the water is not our best friend

And frolic in the sand

And when it is time to go

Make sure to wipe off all the sand.

You can use H2O and another magic trick

Sprinkle Baby Powder on your feet

To brush off all the sand.

The baby powder makes sure the sand doesn’t stick

Of course don’t forget lots of pics.

And share with them with your family and your friends.
