Quick and Easy Homemade Blueberry Cobbler
Recently a friend shared with us some blueberries from her garden. Blueberries are a favorite of my whole families. You may remember a post I wrote about them awhile back. So when I got this yummy bag of goodness I could not wait to get in the kitchen and start making something with them. Cobbler has always been a favorite of ours. So I decided to make a cobbler that had very few ingredients. Luckily I had them all in stock, I didn’t need to run to stores and I was able to whip up this delicious cobbler in less than an hour.
Quick and Easy Homemade Blueberry Cobbler
Ingredients
- 3 cups blueberries
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 1/4 cup Bisquick
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- While oven is preheating put the 6 tbsp of butter in a microwave safe bowl. Put in microwave until melted. Pour directly into a pan. Pan size depends on what size you have on hand. I used a 9x13.
- Mix together the Bisquick, sugar and milk.
- Pour the mix over the melted butter and mix in.
- Sprinkle the blueberries over the mix.
- Bake in the oven 42-47 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Yep folks it was that easy. This cobbler was so delicious that it was gone in no time. And my girls weren’t upset that I used all the blueberries as this were some leftover for them to snack on.
