Ever had a craving for a brownie but you know if you make a pan there is that temptation to eat the whole pan? Well maybe not the whole pan but more than you should. Here is a recipe that will allow you to make a brownie for one. Follow the recipe below and you will have a sweet treat in 3 minutes or less. For this brownie I used Sippity Hot Chocolate. I reviewed this company a couple of weeks ago and  there is still time for you  to enter the giveaway.

 

Brownie For One

Ever want a Brownie but you don't want to make a whole pan.
Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 1 hour
Total Time 1 hour 2 minutes
Servings 1 person

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets Sippity Hot Chocolate
  • 2 tbsp sugar I used Monk Fruit in the Raw
  • 1 tbsp soften butter
  • 3 tbsp flour

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave bowl, mix together hot chocolate, sugar, butter, and egg.
  • Stir in flour
  • Microwave for 60-90 seconds
  • Serve with ice cream, hot fudge sauce, chopped nuts, or whipped cream

Instead of using sugar I substituted Monk Fruit in the Raw. It is a delicious and all natural zero calorie sweetener. And I will have to say that I did not notice the difference in flavor or taste. My family did not notice that I snuck it into the recipe. Ever since Gracie got her diagnosis I have been looking for ways to incorporate a healthy way of eating into our lifestyle.   1. I love brownies and will most certainly try this recipe but will have to add more ingredients since my kids would not let me eat it by myself. I’ve tried Monk Fruit in the Raw before as well and it was ok.

  5. I love using monk fruit. And, you mean I can make a brownie out of hot coco packets? What?? Will this work with the sugar-free kind?

  6. Yes! I love the idea of a brownie for one. I hate making a whole pan because the temptation is too great not to eat them all at once!
