Easy and Nutritious Pot Roast

I wrote this post in conjunction with Keystone Meats.

Do you ever have those days when you are running around like a chicken with your head cut off, and suddenly realize that you forget to take something out for dinner? Yep, that is me all the time. In fact, that happens to me more times that I care to admit.

This throws me into a panic and I start thinking about what is my refrigerator or wonder is it really bad to eat take out again? But then I remembered that a company had sent me a couple of cans of their product to try. I looked in my pantry and found it and started to get an idea what we would have for dinner.

Pot Roast, it’s what for dinner! And it was from a can and it tasted amazing. And plus it was all natural. The only other ingredient they use is sea salt. So here is my recipe for an easy and nutritious Pot Roast.

Here is a little bit about Keystone Meats.

[info_box type=”pale_box”] Keystone Brand Meats has been owned and operated by four generations of the Dorley family. The company was established in 1964. Originally, the business raised beef on the family farm and supplied the beef to restaurants and grocery stores throughout Ohio and Indiana.  Today, they source their beef from local farms, and process for local customers just like they have done for years. At the same time, they started a canned meats and soup division.  Although they have grown and diversified over the past fifty years, their commitment has remained unchanged: To serve their customers with the highest quality all natural meats.[/info_box]

I will admit that I was a little skeptical about how it would taste. But I as well as my family was mildly surprised with how yummy it was. In fact, my girls all ate an extra helping of it. And I had some for lunch the next day.
