Chilly Nights Made Right With Progresso Light Soup
At Christmas, the weather was in the 80’s and we could wear short sleeves and shorts less than 2 weeks later we had snow flurries. What can I say North Carolina weather is crazy! Although I love to see the snow, I hate being cold. Plus when it gets cold all I want to do is curl up under a blanket and stay warm.

Now that isn’t to say that I don’t make homemade soup for my family but on those days that life gets crazy, Progresso’s Light Creamy Potato with Bacon and Cheese is my go to soup. In fact, I just made if for dinner this week.
It is really easy to make, you just open up the can and heat it up. And this is the perfect solution to make those dieting resolutions stick. But soup isn’t all we eat, I always try to add something special to the meal. For this particular meal, I decided to put out a bowl of cheese and make biscuits. We always love extra cheese in our soup. For the biscuits I give refrigerator biscuits a new twist and used my waffle iron. They were a hit in my family so I know I will be making them again.
