Being Crafty is Frugal
Take to heart the notion, “It’s the thought that counts.” In gift giving, be more creative than extravagant. I don’t know about you but I love to give the creative gift. Gifts that have a lot of thought behind them mean more to me than an expensive one. The best gift that Gracie had every gotten was one from her best friend. Last year for her birthday, her best friend painted a picture of her stuffed teddy bear “Beary”. She has had her since she was five days old. My older daughters made it for her at Build-A-Bear when she was five days old and it has been her best bud ever since. So you see that is what true gifts are all about. By the way here are the pictures of the real “Beary” and the painted one.
