Online Orders and Curbside

Using sites like Amazon, Jet.com, AmazonFresh if in your area are great. Local grocery stores are now letting you order online then picking up at curbside at the store. Order staple items like toilet paper, baby product, dry goods online and ship to your doorstep. Utilize the options o save time running to the store. Or if you do order online and just pick it up! It will help eliminate used time getting in and out of the vehicle with baby!

Delegate or Ask for Help

As a new mom, most of us think we can do it all! There is no harm in asking for help so you can tackle your to-do list or even take a hot shower or nap! Being a new mom can be overwhelming, and it takes some time to adjust. Asking your spouse, friend or parents are ok!

Routine

Try and create a routine each day! Try and get a feel for feedings and work around them. Set a time for dinner each night, an estimated bedtime for baby, and so on. This can help dramatically in relieving anxiety. It might take trial and error to find your right schedule and before you know it, things run smoother.

Sleep

I am sure you are thinking when can I! Make it a priority to sleep, even if you skip cleaning to get a nap. Trust me, sleep is a must. You will drag all day, your mind won’t be as clear and it won’t utilize your time. Sleep when you can and you will have more energy to tackle that list. If you don’t get everything done that day, it’s ok! Tomorrow is a new day and everyone will survive if the laundry isn’t folded and put away!
