  5. Express yourself – It’s important we express ourselves fully and accurately. Most of us don’t have enough practice with doing this. You don’t have to be rude or pushy when you do it. If you need to express something negative, you can do it with tact. That said, most people hold back expressing the things they want and need. This can lead to resentment in relationships and frustration with the world you live in. Don’t hold back when it comes to expressing yourself.
  6. Do good for others – Doing for others can be something simple and small, or it can be something larger. It’s not about what you do so much as it is about the act of doing itself. When you do good for others, it makes you feel good about yourself. It gives your life meaning and purpose. It can instantly put you in a better mood.
