SpellChecked { A Book Review}

Spell Checked by C.G. Powell is one of those books that leave you hanging and waiting for the next book. In this book dealing with the mythical world of vampires and witches who are in constant battle with each other. In comes Mae who we soon find out is a product of a union between a vampire and a witch. What is this world coming to right? How Mae deals with her new found powers is a story sure to weave you in her spell.
Spell Checked is not a book I normally would have picked up to read. But now that I have I don’t regret it a bit. In fact I am waiting patiently for the sequel to come out this spring (which will soon be here) to read it. Even though the subject matter is not something I believe in, the personalities of these characters makes the story believable. I have certainly run into people like these in my life. Not witches and vampires but the characters are so believable that they could even be your neighbors next door.
