Spring is just around the corner and if today’s weather is any indication, it will be here before we know it. Right now I am sitting at my dining room table with the windows open. What a stark change from last weekend, when we had sleet and freezing rain. I have always said that North Carolina weather is crazy, but this is ridiculous. The warmer weather today has got me dreaming of Spring. I think that is my favorite time of year. I love seeing everything green and blooming. Don’t you?
